Jody Striker is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and the impact of shame or painful life experiences. Many of the people Jody works with are seeking a safe space to explore their story, process difficult emotions, and move toward healing and greater freedom in their lives.
Jody is passionate about creating a gentle and supportive environment where clients feel seen, known, and affirmed. She considers it a privilege to walk alongside individuals through the ups and downs of life’s journey, offering encouragement and compassion as they work toward meaningful change and growth.
With more than 20 years of experience, Jody helps clients explore how their thoughts, beliefs, and past experiences shape their emotions, relationships, and daily lives. She integrates a variety of therapeutic approaches while helping clients identify patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and replace unhelpful beliefs with perspectives that support healing and resilience.
Jody believes in caring for the whole person — mind, body, heart, and spirit. She works collaboratively with clients to identify resources and practices that support overall well-being. Her Christian faith has been an important influence in her life and work. While clients do not need to share her faith background, Jody is open to incorporating spiritual perspectives when it is meaningful and helpful for the individual.
Jody’s hope is to provide a space where people feel supported as they face difficult challenges, experience healing, and move toward a life marked by greater hope and wholeness.
