Amy Hultman is the founder and Clinical Director of Evergreen Counseling & Wellness. She works with adults and adolescents navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and significant life transitions. Many of the individuals Amy supports care deeply about their relationships and responsibilities but feel overwhelmed, stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand, or impacted by past experiences that continue to shape their present.

Amy’s approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity. She believes meaningful change happens when people feel truly seen, supported, and understood. In therapy, she works alongside clients to deepen insight, develop practical tools for navigating challenges, and create space for healing and growth.
Her work is trauma-informed and integrates evidence-based approaches including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness practices, and relational approaches that explore how past experiences influence current patterns.
Outside of her work as a therapist, Amy values time with family, meaningful conversations, and practices that support reflection and restoration.
