Rachel Rockey works with individuals ages 16 and older, as well as couples and families navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and the stress that often comes with life’s many demands. Many of the people Rachel works with are feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or unsure of how to move forward as they navigate personal, relational, or career-related challenges.

Rachel is passionate about helping people rediscover a sense of balance, clarity, and direction in their lives. She believes that while life can feel overwhelming at times, meaningful change and growth are possible with the right support. Her goal is to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and encouraged as they work toward greater well-being.
Rachel’s approach to therapy is collaborative and holistic, focusing on each person’s unique strengths and resources. She works alongside clients to better understand their experiences, improve communication in relationships, and develop practical strategies for managing symptoms and navigating everyday challenges.
Whether clients are seeking support for ADHD, working to strengthen relationships, or learning new ways to cope with stress and emotional struggles, Rachel is committed to walking alongside them as they pursue meaningful and lasting change.
